Our Beliefs
Rooted in God's Word. Centered on Jesus Christ.
At St. Paul's, we believe we are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ. As a Lutheran congregation, God's Word guides our worship, shapes our faith, and inspires us to love and serve others.

St. Paul's practices Closed Communion, in keeping with the teaching of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. We believe that Christ's true body and blood are present in the Lord's Supper and that receiving Communion is also a confession of shared faith. If you're visiting and would like to receive Communion, please speak with Pastor Ben before the service. He'll be happy to talk with you about our beliefs and practices.
